Privacy Policy
Poses4You is a posing reference app. You browse a catalog of photography poses, save them to boards, and optionally use AI features that work from photos you upload. This page explains exactly what that means for your data, in plain terms.
The short version
We collect an account, the profile details you choose to give us, the photos you upload to AI features, and what you save in the app. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking software of any kind. We do not sell your data. The Retouch editor never uploads your photo at all. You can delete everything from inside the app.
1. What we collect
Account information
Your email address, and a password that is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive an account identifier instead; if you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address Apple gives us.
Profile details
A display name, and optionally a gender and phone number, if you choose to add them. These are used to tailor pose recommendations and to identify you in the app. Leaving them blank does not restrict the app.
Photos you upload
Two features accept photos: Pose Match, which analyses a photo to recommend poses that suit it, and AI Photo, which uses one to three photos of a face to generate a new posed portrait of you. These images are stored in private storage that is not publicly readable, and are only ever accessed with short-lived signed links.
Your activity in the app
Poses you save, boards you create, your pose analyses, your generation history and your in-app notifications.
2. What we do not collect
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or tracking software. We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, or your photo library beyond the specific images you pick.
3. Retouch runs entirely on your device
The Retouch editor - skin smoothing, blemish removal, tone, light and colour - runs on your phone's graphics hardware. The photo you edit is never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and no copy of it reaches our servers. It is yours alone unless you choose to save it to your own photo library.
4. Who else processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our instructions only.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Deleting your data
You can delete individual items at any time: a saved pose, a board, a pose analysis, or a generated portrait. Deleting a generation also deletes the source photos you uploaded for it.
To remove everything, use Delete account in Settings. This permanently erases your uploaded photos and generated images from storage, your profile, saved poses, boards, analyses, generation history and notifications, and your login itself. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover an account afterwards.
Backups of our systems may retain residual copies for a short period before they age out on their normal cycle.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to obtain a copy, or to object to or restrict how we use it. The fastest route for access and deletion is inside the app. For anything else, write to Support@adnika.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Uploaded photos live in private storage that is not publicly listable, reachable only through time-limited signed links. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
8. Children
Poses4You is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact Support@adnika.com and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on our providers' contractual data protection commitments when this happens.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Poses4You after a change means you accept the updated policy.
