Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Poses4You, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Poses4You
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your login details to yourself.
2. Photos you upload
Some features work from photos you provide. When you upload a photo you confirm that:
- you own it, or otherwise have the right to use it;
- if it shows another identifiable person, you have their permission to upload it and to have an image generated from it;
- it does not show a child;
- it is not unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or designed to harass or impersonate anyone.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store them and to run the feature you asked for, and nothing more. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
A word about generated images
AI Photo produces a synthetic image. It is a machine's approximation, not a photograph of something that happened. Do not present generated images as genuine photographs where that would mislead someone, and do not use them to impersonate a real person or to suggest an endorsement that was never given.
3. Images you generate
Subject to these terms, images you generate in the app are yours to use, including commercially. We make no promise that a generated image is unique, or that it does not resemble another output, and we cannot guarantee it is free of third-party rights in every jurisdiction.
4. The pose catalog
The poses, descriptions, layout and software in Poses4You belong to us or our licensors. You may use them as reference for your own photography. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, or use it to build a competing product.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app;
- access it through automated means, or attempt to bypass rate or usage limits;
- upload malware, or attempt to gain access to other users' data;
- use the app to create sexual content involving real people without their consent, or any sexual content involving minors.
6. Paid features
Poses4You is currently free to use, subject to limits on how many AI generations an account may run. If we introduce paid subscriptions in future, pricing and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you buy anything, purchases will be handled by the App Store, and this page will be updated first.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to keep the app running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. AI features depend on third-party providers and can fail or produce poor results.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending your access
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
